Beyond Black & White: Small Business Diversity

Diversifying your workforce in a small business can be challenging. Nevertheless, small business leaders can and should work to foster healthy, diverse and inclusive work environments. Diversity isn’t only about race. It is about all the ways people are the same and unique and includes cognitive diversity, work styles, family status, ability, military status, age and beyond. A diverse workforce leads to innovation and expands communication.
