The U.S. is working on how to use psychedelics as a treatment for mental health. Promising research shows benefits for PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and substance use. Four main paths are being explored: decriminalizing, legalizing, using them as medicine, and using them for spiritual reasons. Each path has different legal and social concerns. Even with growing evidence of benefits, stigma is still strong. This talk looks at the many sides of this changing issue. Questions?
