Chef Josie Clemens made waves as the first vegan chef to compete on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and showcased her plant-powered prowess on the Food Network. As the mastermind behind her new concept “Zaddy’s”, she marries fine-dining flair with her down-to-earth Midwestern spirit. A Madison native, Lauren is an organic farmer, chef, yoga instructor, and owner of The Vibrant Veg. Together, they’re excited to embark on a two-night vegan adventure! Each night will feature a different menu.
