We will also review details on the relationship of the spine and torso\, and explore another foundational movement of Somatics: Arch & Curl.\n\nMindful somatic movements will be explored for mobility\, along with postures like cow & cat\, child's pose\, forward fold\, pyramid\, chair pose\, warrior I for stability and strength.
