Jeff Lehmann was in a bicycle accident on July 18th. He had bleeding on the brain, two large contusions on the brain, and twenty staples in the back of his head. He had no feeling in his legs and was unconscious for 15 minutes, even though he was wearing a helmet--which saved his life! Due to the brain injury, a torn rotary cuff muscle and fractured scapula, Jeff will be out of work for a while and the family could use some financial assistance.
 
Megan Niesen was admitted to the American Family Children's Hospital on July 28th after being diagnosed with a tumor on her kidney. The tumor was removed, after which she spent a week recovering in the hospital. She has completed seven radiation treatments and faces 25 weeks of chemotherapy.
