Our comprehensive childbirth education class will help you be prepared and con dent for childbirth. In this interactive class participants will learn about the anatomy and physiology of labor and birth, when to come to the hospital, pain management options, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor
and birth, routine and special procedures (including cesarean birth), and the immediate post-partum period.
