Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Screenings
We will perform a simple finger prick blood test to determine both cholesterol and blood sugar levels at the time of your appointment, discuss your results and provide personalized information on how you can improve your cholesterol and blood sugar levels to reduce your risk for heart disease and diabetes. Everyone will be screened for COVID-19 like symptoms including a temperature check before entering the building and masks are required.
