Create Oregon! Cupcake Decorating
Alicia Russell, of Creative Confections, will be demonstrating the best way to frost a cake or cupcakes and how to make cake borders. Participants will practice on cupcakes. All materials provided. Registration is required and can be done online or by calling 835-3656. Projects are geared to teens and adults. Children ages 9-11 must be accompanied by an adult.
