We're going to warm it up! Event #4 of our Yoga & Chocolate series brings you The Zone Fitness and Training's version of Hot Yoga. You'll be led through sequences of power flows and then you can turn the heat up even more with a sampler of hot pepper infused chocolates available at The Chocolate Caper of Oregon.
