After filmmaker Josh Fox is asked to lease his land for drilling natural gas, he embarks on a cross-country journey to find the truth about the extraction method called "fracking", or hydraulic fracturing. The Halliburton-developed drilling technology has unlocked a “Saudi Arabia of natural gas” just beneath us. But is it safe?
