Healthy Living with Diabetes
Stoughton Hospital presents Healthy Living with Diabetes, a six-week class designed to help adults with type-2 diabetes or pre-diabetes learn skills and increase their confidence in managing their diabetes.

Fees/Admission
Class fee: $20 for the six week series. Fee includes instruction, book, and snack. Participants receive a $20 gift card from Pick-n-Save.
