Intro to Yoga
This class is designed for those who are completely new
to yoga and are looking for a gentle introduction.
All levels are welcome to attend these free classes offered by Stoughton Yoga.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel. Chairs are available for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor. All classes are held at Stoughton Hospital in the Bryant Health Education Center (lower level).
