What is Motivational May? They're FREE outdoor workouts put on by our gym, Anytime Fitness! Every May, we dedicate the first 3 Saturday mornings to help our community be more active. These workouts are conducted by our Personal Trainers. This is an event open to the whole community! So grab a friend or relative and join in on the fun! There will be fun energizing music and lots of fun workouts for every fitness level! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Please contact us for more information.
