Cost: $31 Flu Shot, $35 Nasal Flu Mist or $52 High Dose (65 years old and older)
Payment: Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa
Insurance: Dean, Quartz (Physicians Plus & Unity), Medicare B and Medicaid must present insurance card)
