Production Assistant
The Production Assistant performs a vital customer service function and is instrumental in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers. Position requires the Production Assistant to communicate using telephone, fax and E-mail. Duties include processing and expediting customer orders, follow-up on problems, verifying stock, processing requotes, performing various administrative tasks and providing support and assistance to the Plant 1 shipping/receiving/ material handling departments.
