A learning event for adults. There are a lot of reasons why we eat. We eat for flavor, enjoyment, comfort as well as nutrition and health. There is a new reason to eat what we eat. Many are "going green" with their menus by buying food that is sustainable, local, and/or organic to help the environment. "Eating greener" can include growing your own food, composting, or simply taking a re-usable bag to the grocery store. At this event, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Stoughton Hospital will share how you can step-up your efforts toward environmental food decisions. Questions?
