Winter Wisconsin Classics: Exploring the Cheeses that Made Wisconsin Famous
Think Brick, Colby, Cheddar and Swiss were always commodity cheeses? Not in Wisconsin, where a handful of cheesemakers still make these classics by hand, using century-old recipes and techniques. We’ll taste Old World versions of each, and learn the stories of the cheesemakers who craft them.
